A busy Friday morning with plenty of horses out on the gallops. We have several horses coming back into training after a break, including the popular Contrast. It's been a good season for the juveniles and we had over 20 two-year-olds out on the gallop.

Yorkshire Lady

Yorkshire Lady is on the comeback trail. She's been off the track since winning over hurdles at Wetherby and she's in good order. She's just about ready to return to the track.

Roll It In Glitter

Roll It In Glitter is seen being ridden by Parthena. He's been a little disappointing in his last four starts. Hopefully he can rediscover his form.

Reach and Roll it In Glitter

Reach and Roll it In Glitter heading down to the bottom of the gallop for a canter. Reach will hopefully run at York to defend the race she won on the Knavesmire last year.

Postponed x Apalis (near) with Postponed x Darkandstormy

Billy and Lewis are seen here exercising two homebred juveniles. Both are by Postponed and out of mares that needed a trip so they are likely to be stayers in time.

Musical Masquerade

Musical Masquerade ran well in last week's charity race for the IJF at Thirsk. So much so that we're going to give him another try under rules and he heads to Carlisle on Monday evening.

Black Sky

Black Sky is seen here having a canter. He'll make his second racecourse appearance at Catterick next week, having previously run at York.

Laurens Dream

Laurens Dream is a nice two-year-old by Advertise. He'll be ready for the racecourse soon. Aleesha is his usual work rider.

Capla Resdev

Capla Resdev is a two-year-old half-sister to bumper winner Hazy Glen, who has also run very well over hurdles. She is also a half-sister to flat winner Sassifrassi and an own sister to winner Shadow Dance who is currently rated 95. A promising grey filly, she's a very nice sort and we're looking forward to seeing her on the track.

Golden Horn x Arrowtown

Arrowtown was a very good staying mare who raced for us a few years ago. She has a nice two-year-old by Golden Horn who will run later in the year.

Gustav Klimt x Al Nassa

A nice big two-year-old by Gustav Klimt, this gelding is a half-brother to four time winner Dark Moon Rising. He had a break from training earlier this year but he's back in now and getting ready for the track.

King Of Change x Fasnela

As yet unnamed, this is a very smart filly by King Of Change out of unraced Fastnet Rock mare Fasnela. Her yearling half-brother by Magna Grecia was sold at Tattersalls in 2022 for 125,000gns and in November 2023 her half-brother by Blue Point was sold as a foal for 97,000gns.

Phoenix Of Spain x Fleur De Sel

Joe is seen here riding a three-year-old grey gelding by Phoenix of Spain. He is a half-brother to five-time French winner Salt Lake City and also to Flying Fleur who also won in France.

Fiery Dawn (Eleanor Hollings)

Fiery Dawn was just touched off in a bumper, and now he's running on the flat. Eleanor is his regular rider.

Carolus Magnus (Jane Bedford)

Carolus Magnus is seen here ridden by Jane Bedford. He ran well when finishing fast in last year's Cambridgeshire, and he may go to Chepstow for the Racing League on Thursday.

Keep Warm (Lewis Chalkley)

Keep Warm is a horse we really like. He won twice as a juvenile at Pontefract and he ran a very nice race at York last time when second. He looks ready to win again and goes well with a bit of give in the ground. Lewis Chalkley is seen riding him here.

Blueandtangerine (Tomlinson Racing)

Blueandtangerine got her first rating last week, when she was handed a mark of 63. She was ridden by Joanna Mason on Friday morning and we'll look at both nurseries and novice races and hopefully find her a winning opportunity. She's owned by Tomlinson Racing and she looks very capable of becoming a winner for the enthusiastic owners.

What What What (Tomlinson Racing)

What What What is another Tomlinson Racing horse and he'll debut later this year. He's a big horse and he's growing all the time so we've not rushed him. A big imposing sort, he is seen here being exercised by Aleesha.

Contrast is back in work. A yard favourite, he's now ten years old but having already won this season he still has ability. He's had a mid season break and we'll bring him back gently.
