Black Sky returns after a six month break at Pontefract on Friday evening. He'll be ridden by Joanna Mason in the 'Sky Bet Extra Places Daily Handicap' from a lowly BHA rating of 46.
Joining Black Sky in West Yorkshire will be Carlton And Co. The six-year-old mare has one win from 18 starts on turf and she steps up to six furlongs after finishing fourth in a Hamilton seller last time out.
There is also action at Hamilton Park where Billy Garritty rides Head For Freedom in the 'Hilton Hotel Hamilton Park Nursery Handicap'. Winner of a Beverley claimer in May he makes his handicap debut from a mark of 67 after running last time in a selling race. Head For Freedom takes bottom weight in the race.
