Dual winning filly Scatter Penny was handed her first BHA rating this morning. The juvenile daughter of Elarqam has been a revelation in her two starts with victories at Nottingham and Pontefract. Scatter Penny will start her handicap career off a mark of 85, making her the third highest-rated horse in the yard behind Two Brothers and Reach. |
