Late Arrival wins at Southwell for Joanna Mason

Late Arrival recorded his third win of 2024 this afternoon by taking the first division of the 'N&L Franklin Ltd Handicap' at Southwell under jockey Joanna Mason.

After racing in midfield Joanna miraculously found a gap a furlong out and the pair powered clear to come home a length and a quarter in front of favourite Master Dandy.

"That got tight!" said Joanna after the race. "But I really have to say thank you to Jane Bedford for riding him out at home."
Late Arrival his now won seven times since joining us from Simon Crisford back in 2020.
