Joanna Mason recorded her 100th winner for Mick Easterby this afternoon at Ayr as Yorkshire Lady took the 'British Stallion Studs Scottish Premier Series EBF Fillies Handicap'.

The homebred grey was winning for the seventh time in her career and came home at odds of 7/2 beating Reyaadah Star to whom she also gave a stone in weight.

Yorkshire Lady was originally owned by our friend the late Linda Folwell. Linda loved her trips to Ayr and she'll be in our thoughts today after a win for the horse she named and loved.

Joanna Mason has now ridden 100 winners for Mick Easterby.

Joanna now joins an exclusive club of five, with Eddie Hide, Terry Lucas, Nathan Evans and Paul Mulrennan the only other riders to have reached the Easterby century.

However, there's a few more wins needed to become the winning-most rider for the legendary yard as Terry Lucas rode 132 winners during his time at the stable.
