Stable favourite Contrast rehomed to Norfolk

Rehoming

One of our favourite horses in recent years, Contrast arrived at his new home in Norfolk this evening where he will enjoy a well earned retirement from racing.

Contrast raced a total of 61 times in his career, winning eight races. Victories came at Yarmouth, Beverley, Lingfield, Nottingham, Haydock, Lingfield, Ripon and Carlisle.

We're delighted to have been able to rehome Contrast to a family who we know can provide a five star home. The eleven-year-old chestnut joins former Mick Easterby-trained racehorse Sneak The Peek, (now known as Dream Boy) who we rehomed five years ago. Dawn, who now owns Contrast, has been in regular touch with us since rehoming Sneaky back in 2020 and regularly sends pictures and videos.

"He's gonna have the best home and spoilt rotten just like Dream," said Dawn after welcoming him to Norfolk and we know this will most certainly be the case.

Thank you Contrast for the great memories and we look forward to following your adventures in retirement.
