Sondad and Canon's House have been the stars of 2025 and have earned over £100,000 prizemoney between them this year.
Runner up in the Ayr Silver Cup last month Sondad returns to action at Ascot on Friday, a track he knows well having won there earlier this season. Joanna Mason will ride the four-tear-old in the BetMGM Handicap where over £23,000 is available to the winner.
Sondad started the season with a rating of 76 and he's rocketed up the handicap, and is now the yard's top-rated horse with a mark of 93. After his excellent run at Ayr he'll be amongst the fancied horses for the six furlong contest which closes the Friday card.
Also heading to Ascot will is Canon's House. He's won four times in 2025, having started the season with a hat-trick and then advertising his wellbeing in the Racing League by winning at Southwell. After two all weather runs the son of Zoustar will return to turf in the Ascot Handicap on Saturday.
