Diligent Resdev has a date at the Tattersalls Autumn Horses In Training Sale at the end of the month and he'll be aiming to show his well-being at Southwell on Thursday where he tackles the Free Race Replays On attheraces.com Handicap.

The son of Due Diligence has only raced over a mile once before, at Goodwood in 2024, and he'll step up from the seven furlong trip that he tackled at York at the weekend when finishing midfield in an apprentice handicap.

Diligent Resdev, owned by Resdev and Lee Westwood, has three victories under his belt to date with his biggest win coming in 2024 when he won the Ayr Bronze Cup under apprentice Lewis Chalkley.
