Fred's Lad won on his debut at Nottingham and also won the 'Brian Yeardley Continental Two Year Old Trophy' at Beverley as a juvenile. He was also placed in a Listed race at York and finished eighth in a Group 3 race at Kempton on his final outing in September. He left the yard as a private sale at Tattersalls Autumn Sales in 2007.
