The dreams of the 2025 flat season are becoming a reality and plans are now being hatched by the owners of our two-year-olds.

Magna Carter Bloodstock, owners of Dream Odyssey, have decided to enter their horse in two big Tattersalls sales races at Newmarket.

The son of Dream Ahead has been handed possible assignments in the '£100,000 Tattersalls Somerville Auction Stakes' on Saturday 23 August and also the '£150,000 Tattersalls October Auction Stakes' on Saturday 04 October.

The stable has six other entries at Newmarket in August, with Azure Point the only other named entry along with unnamed juveniles by Magna Grecia, Time Test, Starman, Ubettabelieveit and Advertise.

An unnamed gelding by Time Test also joins Dream Odyssey in the October entries.

"We like these juveniles and they've done nothing wrong," said David Easterby today. "I think it's very sensible to spend the small amount of entry money at this stage to keep the dream alive."

And keep the dream alive we will do as the enthusiastic owners look forward to seeing their horses on the racecourse in 2025.

Tomlinson Racing have also made an entry in the 'Harry's Half Million By Goffs Premier Yearling Stakes' at York's Ebor festival.

Tommo's Ginjaninja, a smart gelding by Zoustar, has been entered for the contest which is held on Ladies' Day and offers the prospect for a fantastic day out for members of the exciting syndicate.

Tomlinson Racing were successful in 2024 with their smart filly Blueandtangerine and they have two juvenile prospects for the coming flat season.
